SHIPPING/TRACKING

+Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes, we ship our products via APO/FPO/DPO. Please note, it can take 7-10 business days for your package to be delivered.

+Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

+My order was stolen. Can you reship my order?

Epic Reverie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

+My tracking information isn’t updating. What should I do?

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery. Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update and load in the system, before movement is displayed.

+My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?

Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. The shipping carrier can mark the package as delivered, but it will arrive later. If the package doesn’t arrive after the 5th day, please reach out to us at hello@epicreverie.com and we can further assist you.

+My order is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer update the shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier to adjust your shipping address, or to have your package held at a location near you.
